• Promote cross-cultural relations and multiculturalism through public education.
• Contribute to policy, analysis and evaluation in furtherance of the primary objects of the organisation.
• Foster greater understanding of human rights and promote racial understanding.

• Maintain a Library Resource Centre that contains resources on anti-racism, diversity, multiculturalism, and history of the different ethnic groups in Vancouver.
• Collaboration with human rights, cultural, public and private groups in organizing workshops, seminars, and events designed to educate the public and promote cultural harmony and diversity.
• Liaises with community groups and levels of government on key issues of public policy and inter-cultural partnerships.
• Creates pubic awareness of policy changes through dissemination of information to communities and the public at large.
